25 Camp Hill - 2005
This was the second project completed with this client. The previous being a house renovation in Annerley. The house is located high on the hill on a battle axe block. The client was concerned the view over the surrounding area would be lost if the neighbour built a house. The height of the house was maximised and orientated so as to retain the view if the if the neighbours built. The house is 3 levels and designed around a central circulation core which also acts as the entry and a car turning area. There is a bedroom wing to one side and a living wing on the other.
