This project has been divided into two stages. Stage 1 was to convert 3 x 2 bed units into 2 x 3 bed units in an existing Queenslander. This had to be achieved by rearranging the internal layout of the existing building as Stage 2 was to construct 2 further units on the rear of the block and there was no scope to extend the existing building. Stage 2 is currently being designed.
