Stage 1 of this residence was a 70m2 Granny Flat for a family of 4. This building was used to experiment with different building materials and techniques which could be used on the main house. Construction techniques included strawbales, radial sawn timber boards and lightweight ceiling lining. The main house is about to begin construction.
