The house is located in a small prestigious subdivision overlooking the Gold Coast.
The design had to comply with body corporation design guidelines with particular emphasis on building materials and massing.
The views were maximised and the living spaces are located toward the view with ancillary rooms to the rear. The master bedroom is located on the upper level.
The house will be open and light with views and glimpses from all rooms. Materials to be used include limestone blocks for the walls, hardwood flooring and timber windows.
